About the Recipe
Sweet and savoury taste to this plum sauced noodle dish. The flavours lifted by notes of garlic & citrus. With a yummy crunch from the carrot and capsicum through the vetable noodles.
Plum & Garlic Sauce
6 plums (pitted)
5 medjool dates (pitted)
2 small red bell peppers (seed & core removed)
1 stick of celery
1 thumb of ginger
2-3 cloves of garlic
Juice of a lime
1 handful of fresh basil
No stir- fry
Slices of radish
1/4 of a cup of micro
1/2 red chilli (optional)
Step 1 Create noodle from the zucchinis
and cucumber and place into a large bowel.
Step 2 Finely chop the carrot and capsicum and place into the large bowel with the vegetable noodles.
Step 3 Next blend all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender until smooth.
Combine sauce with the vegetables & oodles in the bowel and stir the sauce through well.
Step 4 Serve a heap of the No stir fry mix onto a serving plate and add your garnish to serve.
Only use enough sauce to coat the no stir-fry.
Store the remaining of the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
