raw. Spicy cauli- rice wraps

About the Recipe

Silver beet leaves filled with a cauli-rice that is in a creamy spicy coriander sauce.



4 tomatoes

2 carrots

2 celery stalks

1 avocado

1 spring onions

2 garlic cloves

2- 3 medjool dates (pitted)

Thumb of galangal

Thumb of turmeric

Thumb of ginger

2 small red chillies

1 cup of fresh chopped coriander leaves

Juice of a lemon

Juice of a grapefruit

Cauli rice

250g Woolworths Cauliflower Rice


6 Silver beat leaves


cup of alfalfa sprouts


Step 1 Place all the ingredients for the sauce into your blender and blend until you have a smooth sauce.

Step 2 Place the Woolworths Cauliflower rice into a large bowl and stir through your sauce blend.

Step 3 Take your two silver beet leaves and lay out on a chopping board. Fill each with 2 table spoons of the cauli- rice/sauce mix from the bowl.

Step 4 Put some of the alfalfa on top and roll closed your leaves.

Step 5 Place the 2 wraps onto a serving dish to enjoy.

Step 6 Repeat steps 3 -5 until all your leaves and mixture are gone.

Chef's Tips

  • By adding more coriander to your wraps with the alfalfa you get an even herbier tasting wrap.

  • You can also place this into a dehydrator for 2-4 hours at 110'F. This with warm your dish and intensify the flavours.
