Christmas cranberry sauce

About the Recipe

A raw sweet tangy and mildly spicy cranberry sauce to enjoy with raw stuffing.



2/3 cup of raw dried cranberries

80g of peeled zucchini

1/2 green apple with skin

1/3 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 tsp of dried ginger or a thumb of fresh ginger

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of nutmeg


Step 1 Put all the ingredients except 1/3 cup of the cranberries into a blender and blend until a smooth thick sauce consistency.

Step 2 Remove half the mixture, add remaining cranberries and pulse the blender 4 times until roughly mixed.

Step 3 Add all mixture back together and mix together in a bowl with a spoon.

Step 4 Serve and enjoy.
