About the Recipe

Creamy cashew based mayo with a garlic, citrus kick.

Ingredients

Garlic mayo


1 cup of soaked cashews

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of fresh cilantro

2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.


Step 2 Enjoy served with your favourite raw foods such as lettuce tacos, chopped vegetables and even zoodles.
