About the Recipe
This Japanese dressing is a delicious addition to any raw vegan salad.
Ingredients
Dressing
100 g of peeled carrot
360 g of fresh tomatoes
50 g of spring onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs of fresh coriander
1 tbs of coconut aminos
1 tbs of flax seeds, freshly ground
1 tbs of sesame seeds, freshly ground
2 raw nori papers
1/2 a fresh red chili
5 g of turmeric root, freshly peeled
3/4 cup of water
Preparation
Step 1 Prepare dressing by putting all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until well combined but thick and slightly textured.
Step 2 Serve and enjoy.
Chef's Tips
For this recipe you will need a high powered blender or bullet blender
I love to enjoy this dressing with a large salad that includes lots of cucumber noodles.
