About the Recipe
A satisfying, spicy and absolutely delicious Mexican dish i would be proud to share any gathering.
Ingredients
Body of Mexican bean dish
2 cups of sprouted red mung beans
The corn of 2 raw kernals
2 chopped small red onions
1/4 cup of ground peanuts
2 gound brazil nuts
Sauce
4 fresh average sized tomatoes
4 dehydrated tomatoes
4 dates
2 cloves of garlic
1 fresh red chilli
1/2 tsp of chipolete powder
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of tumeric
1/2 tsp of ground corriander
Preparation
Step 1 Make ready the body of the dish but putting all of the ingredients ino a large emixing bowl.
Step 2 Make sauce by putting all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Step 3 Add the sauce to the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix together well with a spoon.
Step 4 Transfer into a serving bowl, serve and enjoy.
Chef's Tips
For this recipe you will need a high powered blender
If desired this dish can be served dehydrated at 110F for about 40 mins in order to warm slightly before serving, though this is not needed as it is beautiful served at room temperature.
This dish is great eaten in cabbage or lettuice wraps with your favorite raw veggies, and is perfect served with my Orange Mexican dip.
