About the Recipe

These Raw vegan Naan breads are a delicious edition to any raw vegan curry.


Naan bread

500g of chopped pumpkin

100g of peled and chopped carrot

3 tsp of psyillium husk

1/2 cup of dried raw coconut flesh

6 dates

3 cloves of garlic

2 tsp of ground cumin seeds


Step 1 Make the bread dough by putting all other the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until the mixture is a smooth wet dough.

Step 2 Remove dough from the blender, smooth evenly about 1.5cm thick in four equal portions onto dehydrator sheets.

Step 3 Dehydrate the Naan for 12 hours at 110f.

Step 4 serve and enjoy.
