About the Recipe

A delicious spicy and tasty raw soup.

Ingredients

Soup


600g of chopped pumpkin

150g of peeled and chopped carrot

2 cloves of garlic

1chopped red onion

1/2 a fresh red chilli

3/4 - 1 cup of water

1/4 tsp of cayanne pepper

1/4 tsp of black pepper

1/2 tsp of smoked paprika

2 tbs of tamari

1/4 cup of soaked cashews





Preparation

Step 1 Make soup by putting all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.


Step 2 Blend on the highest speed until warmed to 110f


Step 3 Transfer into a serving bowl, serve and enjoy.
