About the Recipe

Tasty raw wraps that add bulk, convenience and yet more healthy raw vegetables to any salad meal.

Ingredients

Veggie wraps


450g of celery

1/2 cup of walnuts

2 tsp of psyllium husk

3 tbs of coconut aminos

150g of chopped red or green peppers

200g of fresh tomatoes

480g of peeled and chopped carrot

3/4 cup of fresh cilantro

2 cloves of garlic

The juice of one lemon

Preparation

Step 1 Blend all the ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.


Step 2 Distribute mixture about 3/4 cm thick onto dehydrator sheets.


Step 3 Dehydrate for 10 hours straight without turning over.


Step 4 Serve and enjoy.

Chef's Tips

  • You will need a dehydrator for this recipe.

  • I enjoy these wraps with lots of greens, chopped raw vegetables, my garlic mayo, and some chopped chili.
