This creamy red pepper mayonnaise is a great addition to any raw vegan salad

Ingredients

Mayo


1/2 cup of soaked cashews

1/2 cup of soaked pumpkin seeds

1 red bell pepper

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

3/4 cup of water

Preparation

Step 1 Make mayo by putting all the ingredients into a bullet blender and blend until smooth


Step 2 Serve and enjoy
