About the Recipe
A simple and tasty raw vegan mash that is guaranteed to comfort.
300g of peeled and chopped sweet potato
270g of peeled and chopped carrot
1 small red onion
1 small fresh red chilli
1/2 a cup of raw coconut flesh
1/2 a cup of water
2 tsp of tamari
1/2 tsp of dried basil
1/2 tsp of dried cilantro
3 dehydrated tomatoes
1tsp of dried dill
Step 1 Make the mash by putting all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until think and smooth similar to the consistancy of cooked mash potatoes.
Step 2 Transfer mash into a serving bowl.
Step 3 Garnish with the dried dill.
Step 4 Serve and enjoy.
For this recipe you will need a high powered blender.
I like to serve this recipe along side a large favorite salad and dressing.
