About the Recipe
Super yummy smoothie bowl full of antioxidants from the blueberries. High in nutrients from the greens and high in omega 3's from the seeds in this recipe.
Ingredients
Smoothie bowl
400g frozen blueberries
3 handfuls baby spinach
150 ml coconut water
2 tablespoons soaked chia seeds
2 tablspoons soaked Flax seeds
1 tablespoon sea moss gel
4- 5 dried figs
Garnish
Hanful of blueberrries
Hanful of chopped dried figs
Handful of chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1 Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Step 2 Top with Walnuts, blueberries and dried figs.
