About the Recipe
A sweet n sour sticky asian style sauce that's mixed with a dry slaw mix.
Ingredients
Asian style dressing
2 punnets of baby tomatoes
3 chillies
2 Cloves of garlic
1 avocado
2cm square galangal
Thumb of turmeric
4 cloves of garlic
1g of curry leaves
1/4 cup Thai basil leaves
1/4 cup of coriander
1 date
Salad
200g of dry slaw mix
Preparation
Step 1 Combine all ingredients together in a blender, and blend until dressing a think consistency.
Step 2 Place a pre made dry slaw mix into a bowl and pour half the sauce mix over the salad and mix through with tongs.
Step 3 Place a heaped serving of vour salad onto a plate or bowl and enjov.
