About the Recipe

raw. Asian style dip with crunchy top

Ingredients

Dip

500g of baby tomatoes

1/2 chilli

2 cloves of garlic

1 avocado

2cm square galangal

Thumb of turmeric

3 cloves of garlic

1g of curry leaves

1/4 cup Thai basil leaves

1 medjool date (pitted)

1/2 lemon (juice of )



Crunchy top

2 tablespoons of Crunchy

Preparation

Step 1 Blend together in a blender all the ingredients for the dip


Step 2 Place in a dip bowl and top with Crunch Combo, any extra lemon juice you desire and enjoy this with your favourite snacks like carrot and celery sticks.
