raw. Aussie sausage rolls

About the Recipe

Super yummy savoury rolls with a yummy tomato dipping sauce.



1/2 head of cauliflower

Huge handful of fresh parsley

1/2 - 1 clove of garlic

1 -2 medjool dates (pitted)

1 teaspoon of dehydrated onion

Juice of a lime ( my lime did not have a lot of juice that day so mavbe use 1/2 the juice of a lime if vour lime is juicv )

Lettuce wrap

1/2 head of cos lettuce

Tomato sauce

2 tomatoes

1 bell pepper

1/3 carrot

1 celery stalk

6 medjool dates

1 clove of garlic

1/4 juice of a lemon

1/6 chilli


Step 1 Put all these together in a food processor and mix well ( if you like sea salt then add a lil)

Step 2 Lay 2 cos lettuce leafs that are laving flat and next to each other. Make sure to over lap them where the edges meet.

Step 3 Then place 2 large tablespoon heaps of the sausage roll filling mixture into the middel of the overlapping cos lettuce leaves.

Step 3 Fold the ends of the cos lettuce leave inward and then roll up the sausage roll.

Step 4 Repeat Steps 2- 3 until all the mixture is used.

Step 5 For the sauce blend all the ingredients for the sauce together well in a blender and serve with the rolls.
