About the Recipe
Spicy Balinese salad with a salty sweet dressing.
Ingredients
Dressing
1 large capsicum chopped (remove seeds and stem)
3 sticks of celery
1/2 carrot
1/4 avocado
1/2 juice of a lemon
2 pitted dates
1/4 birds eye chilli
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 thumb ginger
Salad
1 heart of cos lettuce
1 large grated carrot
1 1/2 cups of corn kernals
1 cup of chopped celery
3/4 avocado chopped
1 cup of chopped coriander
Salad garnisg toppings
1/2 cup of radish micro greens
1/2 cup of onion micro greens
1 thumb grated ginger
1/2 chopped birds eye chilli
1/4 wedge of lemon
Preparation
Step 1 Chop all the ingredients for the dressing into a blender and blender together well for 1 1/2 minites.
Step 2 To make the salad place the cos lettuce leaves in the bottom of the bowl.
Step 3 Next place all the other salad ingredients into the bowl.
Step 4 Top ypur bowl with all the salad garnish ingredients.
Step 5 Drizzle on your desired amoount of salad dressing and then toss the salad together well.
Step 6 Enjoy!

I served this with papya and lemon juice ( which is a papaya juiced with a lemon)
