About the Recipe

This is a light and sweet soup that is served chilled or at room temperature. It is great & refreshing that I love to serve with me raw.Corn & capsicum crisps.

Ingredients

Soup


500g of baby vine ripened tomatoes

2 red bell peppers

1 long red chilli

3 celery stalks

1 mango

1 grapetrut

Lemon

2 cloves of garlic

1 thumb of ginger

2 thumbs of turmeric

Preparation

Step 1 Place all these ingredients through your juicer.


Step 2 Pour the juice into a bowl and serve with raw.Corn & capsicum crisps.

Chef's Tips

  • Use the pulp in vour dehvdrator (minus the lemon. grapefruit and mango). It will make yummy crisps.

  • If vou do not have a juicer then vou can blend ingredients and strain through a milk bag.
