A sweet & savoury flavour sensation that is beautiful with vegetable sticks or drizzled over your favourite salad.
Ingredients
Dip
1 yellow bell pepper (
remove seeds and core )
1 mango ( pitted with no
skin )
6 baby vine ripened
tomatoes
1 lemon (Juice of )
1 lime (juice of)
6 majool dates (pitted)
3 Thai red chillies
2 cloves of garlic
Thumb of galangal
1/2 thumb of ginger
1/2 thumb of turmeric
Preparation
Step 1 Blend all the ingredients and serve in a dip bowl with your favorite vegetable sticks.
