About the Recipe
A great crunchy texture that has a sweet chilli taste to it.So yummy with soups & dips.
Ingredients
Crisps
3 tablespoons of my raw. sweet chilli sauce
3 cobs of corn ( kernels only )
3 carrots
1 red bell pepper ( seeds and core removed )
1/2 cups of fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Create 8 -10 pancake sized patties on a dehydrator tray.
Put in dehydrator for 12 hours at 110' f.
Then flip the crisps and put them back into dehydrator for another 2 - 3 hours at 110' f.
Then enjoy with soup or dips.
