About the Recipe

These are super crunchy goodness that is great to add to raw. Salads, raw.Soups, raw. Wraps and more


Crouton Flakes

3 zucchinis

2 cobs of corn ( kernels only )

1 clove of garlic

1/4 spring onion


Step 1 Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Step 2 Pour the blended mixture onto a dehydrator tray.

Step 3 Place into the dehydrator some baking paper or silicon mat.

Step 4 Pour the mixture onto the tray and dehydrate until the mixture naturally breaks into flakes on the tray.

Step 5 Serve on top of your favourite raw meals.

Chef's Tips

  • Some people use their oven as a dehydrator. To do this put your oven on the lowest heat and keep the door open a little bit open as a way of dehydrating food.
