About the Recipe

Flavours of India in a thick vegetable curry sauce through carrot & zucchini noodles.


Vegetable curry sauce

1/2 avocado

2 cucumbers carrots

20 baby vine ripened

1 celery stalks

1 capsicum

1g curry leaves

1/4 chilli

1 jalapeño

1/2 cup fresh basil

1 1/2 lemons (juice of')

1 lime (Juice of)

1/2 small red chillies

Thumbs of galangal

3 cloves of garlic

1 thumb of turmeric

1/4 thumb of ginger

5 mediool dates (pitted )


Woolworths Zucchini &

Carrot Spaghetti 250g


Step 1 Combine all the ingredients well in a blender.

Step 2 Place the Woolworths Zucchini & Carrot Spaghetti into

a large bowl with the blended vegetable sauce and stir

sauce through the vegetable noodles.

Sten 3 Then place a heap of the curried noodles into your

favorite bowl and enjov.

Chef's Tips

250g online.

  • There is there will be enough sauce to either save what you do not use or add a second of packet of Woolworths

  • Always yummy served with extra lemon.

  • There will be extra sauce left over from this dish. Please only use desired amount with your vegetable spaghetti.
