About the Recipe
A light and creamy pasta dish that is fresh and uplifting experience to it.
Ingredients
Spagetti sauce
1 yellow bell pepper
4 apricots (pitted)
1 avocado
1/2 chilli
1 eschalot
2 medjool dates (pitted)
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1/2 an orange
1/4 cup of chopped dill
Raw spaghetti
3 zucchinis
1 cucumbers
Preparation
Step 1 Using the ingredients for the raw spaghetti use a oodle maker or vegetable peeler to create the vegetable pasta and place in a large bowl.
Step 2 Into a blender place all your ingredients for the pasta sauce and blend until smooth.
Step 3 Pour sauce blend over the raw spaghetti in your bowl and stir sauce through coating all the pasta. Then serve onto a plate or in a bowl to enjoy.
Chef's Tips
Add extra chillies if you like a sauce spicy.
