About the Recipe

Super light n tangy special sauce type dressing through zoodles and served with dulse which forms chewy salty noodles through the dish.



1 yellow bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

1 cups yellow baby vine ripened tomatoes

1 cup of fresh chopped chives

1 spring onion

1 long green chilli

1/4 small red chilli

1 thumb of ginger

1 thumb of galangal

2 cloves of garlic

1 yellow bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

Juice of a lemon

Juice of a lime

1 avocado


4 zucchini’s


1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)

Teaspoon of fresh finely chopped chives

Handful of Power Super Foods Dulse leaf


Step 1 Blend ingredients for dressing in a blender until smooth. until mixed,

Step 2 Make your vegetable noodles with a vegetable peeler and place noodles into a bowl

Step 3 Pour the desired amount of sauce stir through zucchini noodles.

Step 4 Then lastly top the noodles with capsicum, chives & Dulse leaf.
