About the Recipe

This is my take on the Green Goddess salad. Full of cabbage, green herbs, cucumber and a yummy pizza bread to scoop it up. I also added pear here to give a sweetness to the dish

Ingredients

raw. Pizza bread


4-5 dried tomatoes

3 tomatos

1/2 cup of basil

1/2 avocado

2 tablespoons of dried

celery pulp

1/4 clove of garlic

2- 3 mediool dates ( pitted


Green goddess dressing


1/2 cup of chopped chives

1 handful of baby spinach

1/2 cup of fresh basil

1 long red chilli

Juice of a lemon

Juice of a lime

2 garlic cloves

1 green onion bulb

1 cucumber

1 avocado


Salad


1/2 cabbage

1/2 cup of fresh chopped

chives

1 cucumber

1 spring onion

1 pedi


Preparation

Step 1 Place all ingredients for the raw. Pizza bread into a

blender and blend on high speed until mix is smooth


Step 2 Next pour out 4 pizza bases onto your dehydrator tray (

use baking paper or silicon tray on your dehydrator tray


Step з Place these into vour dehvdrator for 13 hours at 110' f.

Then flip your pizza bread and put back into dehydrator

for another 3-4 hours at 110'f (please not every

dehydrator will take a different amount of time to dry

vour pizza mix to a pizza bread )


Step 4. Next chop all the ingredients for your salad well and

place them into a large salad bowl.


Step 5 Then blend all the ingredients in a blender for your

Green Goddess dressing. Blend mix until creamy and


Step 6 Pour your dressing over the salad and bread up the

raw. Pizza bread and place around the edge of vour

bowl.


Step 7 Serve and enjoy!
