About the Recipe

A chive, garlic, avocado ,dill and lemon sauce topped with fresh pomegranate.



9 baby cucumbers

1 avocado

2 chillies

Juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup of fresh chopped dill

1 cup of fresh chopped chives

3 cloves of garlic

Thumb of ginger

Raw spaghetti

1 packet of Woolworths zucchini & carrot spaghetti


Seeds of half a Pomegranate


Step 1 Blend all sauce ingredients well in a blender.

Step 2 Place Woolworths zucchini & carrot spaghetti into a bowl.

Step 3 Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and mix the sauce through.

Step 4 Place a heaped serving of the spaghetti into a bowl and top with fresh pomegranate seeds.

Step 5 Repeat Steps 4.

Chef's Tips

  • The prepackaged spaghetti is usually at most large supermarkets. I got mine from Woolworths.
