About the Recipe
These are beautiful on wraps or a raw pizza. They have a herb cake taste to them
Ingredients
Patties
1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup of chopped chives
1 cup of chopped coriander
2 cloves of garlic
2 green bell peppers
1 thumb of turmeric
4 tablespoons of my raw.
Plum & garlic sauce
Preparation
Sten 1 Place all the ingredient into a blender.
Step 2 Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
Step 3 Place some baking paper or silicon sheets onto your dehydrator trays.
Step 4 Scoop out 12 pattie sized portions of the mixture onto your dehydrating trays (line the trays with baking paper or use silicon trays)
Step 5 Dehydrate at 110'f for 12 hours then flip the patties and dehydrate for another 2 hours.
Step 6 Serve with your favourite raw sauces in a raw. wrap or raw.pizza base.
Chef's Tips
I use an Excalibur 5 tray dehvdrator for all my dehydrating.
I have been told you can get dehydrate your food by turning your oven onto the lowest heat and leaving the door slightly ajar while the food is inside.
