This juice is full of vitamin C, anti inflammatory properties in a nutrient dense juice. It is a real lift first thing in the morning or through those times you feel your body needs extra help.
Ingredients
Juice
4 mandarins
2 oranges
1 lemon
Knob of ginger
knob of turmeric
Preparation
Step 1 Juice all ingredients through your juicer
Chef's Tips
It is so yummy to add a chilli to this juice too
If you do not have a juicer then you can blend these ( remove seeds first ) and then strain through a nut milk bag.
