Very simple Italian red sauce o
Ingredients
Sauce
5 tomatos
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 juice of a lemon
2 medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 small red chilli
1 teaspoon of paprika
Fettuccine
4 zucchini’s
Garnish
Handful of watercress
Handful of basil
1/3 avocado
Himalayan salt & cracked pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1 Place all the ingredients for the sauce into a food processor and blend until a chunky thick sauce is made.
Step 2 Create oodles from the zucchini’s with a vegetable peeler so the zucchini looks like fettuccine.
Step 3 Place the fettuccini into a bowl and top with the blended Italian sauce.
Step 4 Top with the garnish.
