About the Recipe

This is full of flavour with raw.Patties, raw. Cheezy sauce, avocado and fresh salad. Great at a picnic or a lunch treat.


Lettuce sandwich

4 raw. Vegetable, sprouted chickpea, lentil pattie

2 tablespoons raw. Cheezy sauce

4 butter lettuce leaves

1 avocado

1 tomato

1/2 small red chilli

1 cup of basil


Steps 1 Take a lettuce leaf and place it on a plate.

Steps 2 Next mash up the avocado with a fork and spread half of it onto the lettuce.

Steps 3 Then slice up the tomato and place 2 tomato slices on top of the avocado mash.

Steps 4 Place 2 raw. Vegetable, sprouted chickpea, lentil patties on top of the tomato slices.

Steps 5 Next place onto the stack 7-8 basil leaves.

Steps 6 Now drizzle approx. 1 tablespoon of raw. Cheezy Sauce over the top of the sandwich.

Steps 7 Chop up the chilli and place half on top of the sandwich.

Steps 8 Close the sandwich by placing another lettuce leaf on top.

Steps 9 Cut the lettuce sandwich in half and enjoy.

Steps 10 Repeat Steps 1-9

Chef's Tips

  • If you do not like spicy food then do not add the chilli.
