About the Recipe

Lime, mango herbs and spices like turmeric make this this slinky dish fun and satisfying.


Mango & herb salad

1 mango

1 avocado

1 jalapeño

1/3 cup of fresh dill

1 cup fresh continental parsley

1 cup fresh coriander

1/4 cup fresh chives

5cm lemongrass

3 cloves of garlic

5cm cube of fresh ginger

1 mandarin

1 lime

1 lemon

Tablespoon of ground Turmeric

Teaspoon pink himalayan salt

Teaspoon of freshly ground pepper


5 small zucchini’s


Step 1 Create your slinky's ( oodles ) from the zucchini’s ( use a vegetable peeler if you do not have a spiriliser , and then place them in a large bowl.

Step 2 Then cut up all the fruit, vegetables and herbs listed above in ingredients and place on top of the slinky's in the bowl and mix together well.

Step 3 Serve a portion in your favourite bowl and enjoy

Chef's Tips

  • You can find a Slinky spiriliser on Amazon or you can make vegtable noodles from your vegtable peeler
