raw. Mango & dulse vegetable patties

About the Recipe

Salty flavours of dusle mixed with the sweetness of mango through vegetable patties.



1/2 mango

Cup of baby tomatoes 

1/2 red bell pepper

1 cucumber 

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 spring onion 

1 tbspn coconut meat

Juice half of a lemon 

1 thumb of turmeric

1/2 thumb of ginger

3cm cube of galangal 

3 medjool dates ( pitted )

1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh dill

Vegtables and dulse

2 carrots 

2 zucchini’s 

2 handfuls of dulse 

1/2 spring onion

1/2 red bell pepper

1/2 small red chilli (optional)


Step 1 Create the sauce by chopping and placing into a high speed blender all the ingredients for the sauce. Blend together well on high speed.

Step 2 Next with the vegtables create vegtale noodles with a spirilzer, chop red bell peppers, chilli and spring onions and place them into the bowl with the noodles.

Step 3 Put some dulse into the bowl with the vegtables. Then pour the blended sauce over the vegtables and dulse, then stir togther well.

Step 4 Take a lined dehydrator tray and put 4 heaped hamburger pattie portions or the sauce and vegtable mix onto a tray.

Step 5 Repeat step 4

Step 6 Place trays with the patties into the dehydrator for 16 hours at 110'f.

Step 7 Enjoy on a lettuce burger, with a salad or with your favouite saice
