This is so simple and great addition to give a sweet onion taste to any dish
Ingredients
Salsa
2 mango
4 eschalot
Preparation
Step 1 Chop up the mango and place into a blender and blend
unti smooth.
Step 2 Chop up onions roughly and place into a bowl with the pureed mango.
Step 3 Use on raw. Wraps and raw dishes as vou choose.
Chef's Tips
Use with my raw. Herb & Cauliflower patties on a spinach leaf wrap.
