About the Recipe
This is a a tomato saucy & salty salad noodle dish.
Ingredients
Dressing
2 red bell peppers
2 handfuls of baby tomatoes
1 mango
Juice of half a lemon
2 medjool dates ( pitted )
2 cloves of garlic
2cm cube of ginger
Thumb of turmeric
Salad
3 carrots
3 cucumbers
2 handfuls of dried dulse
2 handfuls of fresh basil
1 avocado
1 cups of baby tomatoes
10g of chives
1 spring onion
1 small red chilli
Preparation
Step 1 Blend all the ingredients for the dressing together well in a blender.
Step 2 Chop all your salad ingredients ( I use a spiriliser for the carot, zucchini & cucumber) .
Step 3 Place salad ingrediemts into a salad bowl.
Step 4 Pour your dressing over the salad and and stir it through the salad well.
Step 5 Serve in a serving bowl and enjoy!
