About the Recipe

A great holiday recipe to use on your favourite salad. Gives any dish a savoury crunch.



1/2 head of cauliflower 

1 cob of corn 

1 cup of chopped tomatoes 

2 sticks of celery

1 carrot

1/4 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup of fresh rosemary leaves

1/4 cup of fresh dill

1/4 cup of fresh chopped coriander 

1 red chilli


Step 1 Blend all the above well in a good processor except for the coriander.

Step 2 Once it is all mixed well you add the coriander to the food processor and pulse until mixed through the blend roughly.

Step 3 Place the blended stuffing mix out on a lined dehydrator tray approximately 2cm thick.

Step 4 Place into a dehydrator for 10- 12 hours at 110’f ( the longer you leave it in the dehydrator the crisper the stuffing topping will become)

Step 5 Scoop some of the stuffing onto your favourite salad and serve with dressing of choice and enjoy.
