Crunchy slaw with flavours of turmeric, bursts of pomegranate, mango and creaminess of avocado cut with citrus.

250g Dry Slaw
2 tablespoons x Shelled peas
2 tablespoons x Pomegranate seeds
1 x Mango
2 x avocado
1 x clove of garlic
Handful of chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 bullet chill
1 x ruby grapefruit1 x lime
1 x lemon
1 x lime
Himalayan pink Rock Salt
Fresh ground Pepper
Ground Turmeric
Preparation
Step 1 Place all ingrdients chopped into a large salad bowl and mix together.
Step 2 Serev and enjoy
