About the Recipe

Savoury but still a little sweet too and a really uplifting start to the day.

Ingredients

Savoury bowl


Juice of 3 lemons

2 cloves of garlic

4 dates

Thumb of ginger

1/2 thumb of turmeric

1 jalapeño

1/4 red chill

1 avocado

1/2 leek

1 carrot

2 celery stalks

1/4 cup of coriander

1g curry leaves

1 punnet of baby tomatoes


Garnish


Slice of lemon

Preparation

Sten 1 Blend all the ingredients together well.


Sten 2 Serve in your favourite bowl with a slice of lemon.
