raw. Savoury sweet oodles with tomato & herbs

About the Recipe

Fun zesty flavoured sauce with fresh herbs, tomato & lime.



1 cup of my raw. Plum & garlic sauce

1 red bell pepper

Cup of baby tomatoes

1 stick of celery

1/2 avocado

1 spring onion

2 garlic cloves

1/2 thumb of ginger

3 medjool dates ( pitted )

1 jalapeño

1 long red chilli ( optional )

Juice of a 1/2 lemon

Flat oodles

2 zucchini

2 carrots


1 tomato

Handful of basil leaves

Handful of continental parsley leaves

Handful of baby tomatoes


Steps 1 Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender

Steps 2 With a vegetable peeler create oodles from your carrot & zucchini.

Steps 3 Mix together large bowl for sauce blend with your oodles, and place aside

Steps 4 Chop the tomato, basil and parsley roughly and in a small bowl mix together with lime juice.

Steps 5 Serve a heap of the oodle sauce mix onto a serving dish with some of your tomato & herb salad on the side.

Steps 6 Finish of your dish with some chopped spring onions & freshly shaved ginger

Steps 7 Repeat Steps 5 and 6.

Chef's Tips

  • If you do not like it spicy then not to add the chilli.
