About the Recipe

A really simple favourite of mine that as lots of spice with the delicateness of sweet mango through a crunchy coleslaw mix.



250g of baby tomatoes

1 red bell pepper

1 carrot

1 mango

1 chilli

1 avocado

1 thumb of ginger

cloves of garlic

1/2 thumb of tumeric

1/2 cup of fresh chopped coriander

1 jalapeño

1/2 chilli

Juice of a lemon


Woolworths classic coleslaw mix


Step 1 Place all the ingredients for the dressing into your blender and mix until smooth.

Step 2 In a large mixing bowl combine dressing and Woolworths coleslaw mix in your bowl and stir dressing through thoroughly.

Step 3 Finally serve in your favourite bowl or plate and enjoy!

Chef's Tips

  • If you do noy like heat in your food then do noy add the chilli or jalapeno
