raw. Sticky chilli zoodles with avo & parsley

About the Recipe

This raw vegan dish is full of goodness, a favourite go to at the moment and warm.

Ingredients

Saucey soup


2 red capsicums

Handful of baby tomatoes

1 Zucchini

2 celery sticks

1 small red chilli

2 handfuls of dates

1 clove of garlic

Juice if a lemon


Zoodles


4 Zucchini's

Garnish

1 avocado

2 tablespoon of parsley

2 teaspoon of chopped

scallions



Preparation


Step 1 Create zoodles from zucchini's with a vegetable peeler

and place them into a large bowl.


Step 2 Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together well in a

blender and pour the sauce over the zoodles and stir

through well.


Step 3 Put some of the zoodles and saucey soup blend into 2

serving bowls and top with half of all the "Garnish "

ingredients.
