About the Recipe
This is a super flavourful and very creamy avocado sauce that can be used as a dressing on your salads or a great spread to use on raw wraps and sandwich's.
Ingredients
Sauce
2-3 tablespoons of veggie
2 plums
1- 2 small red chillies
Juice of a lime
1 yellow bell pepper
1 Zucchini
1 stick of celery
2 avocado
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 a shallot onion
Thumb of ginger
2 medjool dates (pitted)
Preparation
Step 1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well adding more veggie juice if needed to keep the mixture
Step 2 Enjoy on your wraps, veggie sticks & over salads.
Chef's Tips
If you do not have fresh veggie juice just use water (I used fresh pumpkin juice when I made this recipe)
