About the Recipe
This dish brings together n array of aromatic flavours using arrot, tomato lemon, garlic & basil curry with coodles.
350g baby tomatoes
1 mejool date (pitted)
1 garliac clove
1/2 cup of basil leaves
3/4 juice of a lmon
Step 1 Make oodles from carrot & cucumber using an oodle maker or vegetable peeler.
Step 2 To make the curry place all ingredients listed into a blender and blend until it is mixed well.
Step 3 Put some of the oodle mixture into a serving bowl and top with your curry mixture.
Step 4 Serve with a lemon quarter.
