About the Recipe
An easy blend sauce that is a melody of sweetness from the mango and dates with a hot peppered taste from the garlic chilli.
Ingredients
Sauce
1 mango
4 celery stalks
1 spring onion
Handful of Thai basil
3 dates (pitted)
2 thumbs of turmeric
1 thumb of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1-2 small red chillies
1 avocado
Juice of 2 lemons
Ooodles
3 cucumbers
2 zucchini
Garnish
10cm spring onion
1/2 small red chillli
1/2 lemon
Preparation
Step 1 Create oodles from the zucchini and cucumbers with an oodle maker or vegetable peeler then place into a large salad bowl.
Step 2 Put all the ingredients for your sauce into the a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour your sauce over the oodles in the large bowl and mix together well using tongs.
Step 3 Place a heap of your sauce covered oodles into a bowl and top with the garnish (as desired).
Chef's Tips
Use any extra sauce as a dip with carrot and celery sticks.
