About the Recipe
This is so yummy and not too spicy either.
Ingredients
Sauce
500g of baby vine ripened tomatoes
4 medjool dates (pitted)
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 thumb of ginger
1 long red chilli
Preparation
Step 1 Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Step 2 Pour into a glass jar or sauce bottle to use the sauce.
Chef's Tips
Add another chilli for more heat
