About the Recipe
Warm vegetable soup with a slight lemon bite and Thai notes with the chilli and Thai basil.
Ingredients
1 large carrot
1 zucchini
1 yellow pepper
2 large tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 celery stalks
Handful of dates ( pitted )
1/2 lucid of a lemon
1 chilli ( if you like heat )
2 Tablespoons of chopped Thai basil leaves
Preparation
Step 1 Chop all the ingredients and place into a blender.
Step 2 Blend all the ingredients at high speed until smooth.
Step 3 Blend for a further 3 min to make the soup warm.
Chef's Tips
Do not add the chilli if you do not like spice.
