raw. Tomato, thyme, lime coodles
Ingredients
Sauce
2 punnets of baby
tomatoes
2 sticks of celery
1 red bell pepper
1 eschallot
1 long red chilli
3 majool dates (pitted)
thumb of ginger
1/2 thumb of turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
1 lime (juice of)
2 sprigs of thyme
Coodles
5 Lebanese cucumbers
Preparation
Step 1 Create coodles from the cucumbers using a oodle maker or vegetable peeler then place in a large bowl
Step 2 Blend together all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender, blend well until consistency is smooth
Step 3 Combine coodles and sauce the large bowl coating the coodles well, before serving in your favourite bowl and enjoy!
