About the Recipe
This is full of many flavours of vegetable with a really great burger patty texture.
Ingredients
Patties
200g Aussie Sprouts Crunchy Combo
1 potato
1 zucchini
1 sweet potato
1 eggplant
1 spring onion
1 handful of coriander
Preparation
Step 1 Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
Step 2 Make 6 patties out of this mixture on dehydrator trays.
Step 3 Place into a dehydrator for 12 hours at 110' f.
Step 4 Then flip your patties and dehydrate for another 3 hours.
Step 5 Then serve with your favourite salad and raw. Sauces.
Chef's Tips
Aussie Sprouts Crunchy Combo ( https://www.aussiesprouts.com.au/crunchy-combo ) is a pre made mix of sprouts (mostly sprouted chickpeas and lentils). I get mine from my local Woolworths ( https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/114177 ) supermarket. Alternatively you could sprout these yourself.
