About the Recipe
This has the most amazing flavours and filled with my raw. Sweet & spicy guacamole, my raw.Veggie strips and you simply add your favourite salad to my raw. Tomato, mango & basil tortilla’s chicken. Great as a snack or take on the go lunch.
Ingredients
Wrap
1 cup of my raw. Veggie loaf strips
3 tablespoons of my raw.
Sweet and spicy guacamole
3 tablespoons of my raw.
Shanghai sauce
3 of my raw. Tomato, Mango & basil tortillas
1 cup of chopped lettuce
2 carrots
Preparation
Sten 1 Take 10 of the tortillas and smear approx. 1 tablespoon of the guacamole sauce onto the middle of it.
Step 2 Next place a handful of lettuce in the middle of the tortilla.
Step 3 Then with a vegetable peeler peel the carrots and place some on top of the lettuce.
Step 4 Next place a handful of the veggie strips on top of the carrots.
Step 5 Then top with a tablespoon of my raw. Shanghai sauce.
Step 6 Now it's time to close the tortilla by folding together both sides and wrapping one side on top of the other.
step 7 Finally cut in half and enjoy.
Step 8 Repeat steps 1-7.
