About the Recipe
Yummy crispy veggie pieces to fill your raw wraps and lettuce sandwich's with.
Ingredients
Veggie strips
3 zucchini
3 carrots
250g baby tomatoes
Half an avocado
Preparation
Step 1 Combine all ingredients together in a blender, and blend until mixture is smooth.
Step 2 Pour out 2 - 3 pancake shapes with the mixture onto your dehydrator trays.
Step 3 Place into your dehydrator for 10 hours at 110' f. Then flip the veggie pancake and place back into vour dehydrator for approx. another 4 hours at 110'f.
Step 4 Next break up the pancake into pieces and use on wraps, sandwiches and salads to for a super flavour ennancement.
Chef's Tips
If you do not have a dehydrator you can use an oven on the lowest setting, and keep the door of the oven ajar to dehydrate foods. This should keep the enzvmes, nutrients and life force that all raw foods contain.
