About the Recipe
This is a simple and easy red bell pepper dressing that is fat free.
1 red bell pepper
1 large peeled zucchini
3 sticks of celery
2 medjool dates (pitted)
1 clove of garlic
2 slices of red onion
Step 1 Chop and remove seeds from the red bell pepper and place into a blender.
Step 2 Chop celery and zucchini and place in the blender with all the other ingredients.
Step 3 Blend on HIGH SPEED until a smooth dressing is formed.
Step 4 Enjoy on your favourite salad.
