About the Recipe
My famous go to green dressing that I love on many of my salads.
Ingredients
Dressing
1/3 meat of a coconut (optional)
4 sticks of celery
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cup of baby tomatoes
1 thumb ginger
1/2 thumb turmeric
1/8 chilli
2 garlic cloves
1/4 lemon
1/2 lime
1 cup of coriander
1/2 cup of dill
Preparation
Step 1 Chop and place all the ingredients into a blender.
Step 2 Blend ingredients together really well for approx 1 - 1 1/2 min.
Step 3 Serve with your favourite salad.
